• What leadership structure or facilitation will best suit collaboration?

• Who will be involved in these collaborations? Should the collaborations be designed for the evaluation teams only? Should Implementation teams or other participants be involved?

• What data security and sharing implications need to be considered and put in place for collaboration?

• Are there useful resources, management, or communication tools that can be created to guide collaboration?
